At Nourish & Shine, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of delivery. We offer full refunds or exchanges on items that are gently used or unopened in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all bottles are securely sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
